By accessing or using Tracework ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Tracework is a web-based application that allows users to log daily work progress, build a professional timeline, and share it with others. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Tracework, including progress entries, titles, descriptions, and outcomes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
• Make your content available through shared timeline links you generate.

We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Tracework name, logo, and all related branding, design elements, and software are the intellectual property of Tracework and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracework and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tracework, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
